Our Refer a Friend programme is a simple way to receive discounts towards your orders with foodpanda and to send discounts to your friends. Here’s how it works:
1. You can invite your friends by sending them your unique referral link provided by this feature in the foodpanda app via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
2. Your friends must use the link you send them to install the app and sign-up to receive their HUF 2000 credit, which will be automatically applied to their cart during checkout.
3. When a friend places their first order using their referral credit, you will receive one credit of HUF 2000 that will be automatically applied to your cart when you order.
4. Only one credit of HUF 2000 can be redeemed per order.
5. Credits are valid on orders of HUF 3000 or more.
6. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.
7. Credits will expire 1 month after they are issued to you.
8. Credits can be applied at all of our partners.
9. Send a referral link to your friends! Your first 10 friends who sign up and makes successfully their first order will receive a voucher and you will receive after them.
10. You can view all credits you’ve accumulated in "My vouchers".
11. foodpanda reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with effect for the future at any time.
12. foodpanda reserves the right to exclude or reject participants in case of suspected abuse (eg if it is probable or proven that the e-mail address affected by the invitation has been registered and / or managed by the inviting person in the electronic mail system).
Terms & Conditions of Vouchers
The voucher discounts can be used in case of online payment (debit/credit card, SZÉP-card, Apple Pay) only. The vouchers can be used for your first successful order made at the foodpanda website (www.netpincer.hu), the mobile website or the mobile application (Android, iOS).
The voucher can be found at the ‘Voucher’ menu under your name in the upper right corner on the foodpanda website, at the foodpanda mobile application at the ‘My vouchers’ in the upper left corner menu. The vouchers can be used by the end date of the voucher. The vouchers offer a discount which you see in your foodpanda Voucher Wallet. You can see the minimum order value in the foodpanda Voucher Wallet. The order value does not contain the delivery fee and the driver’s tip. The order value only contains the value of the items in the basket. The voucher discounts (both with fixed sum and percentage of the order value discounts) can be used in case of a minimum order value. The minimum order value is determined by foodpanda for the use of the voucher discount. Despite the given minimum order value determined by foodpanda the Partners available on foodpanda can determine minimum order as well that could be higher or less compared to the minimum order value determined by foodpanda. The foodpanda Customer must order regarding the higher minimum order value.
The voucher is not transferable to other users. The voucher can be used only once by one Customer for one order. Use of panda box cannot be combined with a voucher discount.
Due to the current legislation the voucher can not be used for pharmacy orders.
foodpanda reserves the rights for deleting the orders with voucher use or block the account of the Customer in case of suspicion of misuse or misuse of vouchers. Also, foodpanda reserves the right for the change of terms & conditions.
